I had CBHC installed and it autobooted Moocha CFW on my Wii U and it showed a "-3" error. I tested it out with my sd card (with all my files on it) and it still showed the error. I then reformatted it and inserted it into my Wii U and it showed the same error. I was wondering if I had bricked my console or if there's a way to fix this.

I reinstalled the Homebrew files but now it says -4. My SD Card is formatted to FAT32 and is a SanDisk 128GB MicroSD card.

you have SD card issues. try with another card and format it with FAT32.
also be sure you have all the needed files on the correct folders.

I'm using a SanDisk 4GB SD Card formatted to Fat32 and it's giving me a -5 error now. All the files are on the SD Card.

-5 means you don't have homebrew launcher on the SD card. or at least not in the right place.
it should be:
wiiu\apps\homebrew_launcher\homebrew_launcher.elf

your card should NOT have wiiu name!
clear the name. leave it blank while formatting.
