Hacking 10.3.28 Downgrading Help Thread

Starting this thread because I need help and I'm sure others will too.

My system is stuck at #5 in SysUpdater, any suggestions?

Restarted and tried again, still gets stuck at 5.

EDIT: NVM It started working now. I don't know how, it just did. Downgrade in progress.

I guess it's just not 100%.

Mine gets stuck at #7 but I am on 10.1.

I heard that there was a new sysupdater but rather than try to search through 100+ pages of comments I am going to wait until the OP gets updated with an official step by step process and confirmed sysupdater download.

sysUpdater downgraded fine, but trying to boot up my 3DS resulted in an official Nintendo error screen until I used recovery mode to go back to 10.3.

worked for me on O3ds using menuhax and N3ds using ninjhax and both were on 10.3. You can try switching between hax.
