Hacking 002-0123 Even with Private Header?

Title.

I have only tried a few games online Mario Kart 7, Super Street Fighter IV, Smash, and Dead or Alive.

The only game that works online is Smash, and I got my private header from my own dump of Animal Crossing.

Anyone know how to fix it?

I dumped the header using Gateway Rom Patcher and then patched my entire Sky3DS template using that bin with No Ban no Sky.
