PS1/2 PS2 and Elgato with HDMI monitor?

This works perfectly! However, is there a way to set this when my PS2 starts up, using FreeMCBoot?

PS1/2 PS2 and Elgato with HDMI monitor?

I finally got a controller and memory card for my PS2 (of course, I didn't read far enough to see that the card needs MagicGate to use FreeMCboot). Now, I want to use my PS2 with my HDMI monitor, and for that I am trying to use my Elgato Game Capture HD using the MultiAV cable. However, when I...

Ah, alright. I'll just wait until I can get one. Thanks for the response!

PS1/2 Autoboot .ELF on USB without a controller?

I recently got a PS2 and Network adapter from my local Goodwill for about $15, and I decided to softmod it. Problem is, the controller I got with it doesn't work at all (the CLK line doesn't pass all the way through the cable). I do have both a Dualshock 3 and 4, so my goal is to use one of...

    ROM Hack Commission 3DS Port?

I wasn't aware that it was an SNES title. In that case, it would be easier (free, even) to inject the SNES ROM into a VC title that can be installed on a modded 3DS. No need for a cartridge.

    ROM Hack Commission 3DS Port?

If you are talking about porting DS/DSi games to 3DS cartridges, unless you have the source for the games, it is nearly impossible. The 3DS can run DS/i games natively, so you can get a DS flashcart and use it on the 3DS with your English translation. If your 3DS has CFW, you can also use...

Ah. I don't use the DSi Sound app, so I didn't know.

Probably not, as parental controls shouldn't affect Flipnote Studio at all. However, if you want to turn that off, hit "I forgot" twice, and you should get an inquiry number. Put that into this site: https://wii.marcan.st/parental Put in the date in your timezone, and use the reset code it...

Homebrew [RELEASE] DSi Homebrew Guide Website!

Right, but I think the DSi sound app has the same limitation as the photo app: You can't play back the file unless it was made on the DSi. You can play the track to the DSi over the microphone, in which case it should work just like the original DS proof of concept.

Smea did a demo of a form of soundhax on the original DS, so perhaps it could be adapted to the DSi.

Then I would wait for the official release. It should be easier to use and more compatible. You never said what you were trying to run with Ugopwn. Are you running fwtool?

Homebrew [RELEASE] DSi Homebrew Guide Website!

Yeah, I would wait until Ugopwn is officially released, it should have a much easier execution method, and should be compatible with all regions. I haven't found any information on how to get the CID using a Raspberry Pi, apparently it is possible, it just hasn't been documented yet.

This is what you should see when hitting paste for the last time. Also, what are you trying to run with ugopwn? If I remember correctly some homebrew apps don't work with it, so you should just use it to install another exploit.

Could you record a clip of what you are doing so I can help figure out what is happening? Also, can you tell us what is on the root of your card?

My bad, I was thinking of fieldrunhax, which uses boot.nds.

What region is your DSi? The leaked release of Ugopwn only works on the US version.

Homebrew [RELEASE] DSi Homebrew Guide Website!

Do you have a title on the SD card? I used an alternate method: Put the SD card into your computer, and go to Private/DS/Title. You should find a .bin file there. Google for DSi SRL Extractor, and download it. Place the .bin in the same folder as the .exe, and then run: dsi_srl_extract.exe...
