you may have gone wrong somewhere then. you should use the guide here. that guide is not recommended as it's caused several bricks.

If u started vwii and went to sd card management and got an error it’s got nothing to do with hb at all it’s ur card or the Wii U sd slot or Wii U sd reader

U post pic on first page. Was that pic of error when tried sd management in vwii or were u able to access card.
If u can access card there maybe throw a Wii disc in and play it till you can save so it will write save to sd and see if it’s will do that to start. Then we can narrow down if it’s the card or Wii U sd reader. If that works then something is wrong with hb setup

the config.txt needs to be in lowercase, but I'm not sure if the hojebrew launcher text needs to be. I'd suggest trying it and reporting back results. I have some tutorials on psx place, and I'll add that to a post if it does work since I'm not really sure.

What I meant was you posted an error pic. Where and when did that happen. I wasn’t sure if that’s error you got when tried to access sd card in vwii sd management or if it was error when tried ur 3ds sd card? Vwii sd management is a system thing not hombrew.
I edited the above in after I write below.
It’s hard to tell what ur talking bout cause other peep are asking questions in between so it’s tough to tell what ur answering.

Ok so when ur on vwii and u goto sd card management at bottom left of screen you get an error and can’t even get to see whats on sd card.
So it’s def got nothing to do how you have hb launcher setup, we can cross that off
Next find app to test if sd card is a fake. I know you tried several but maybe they all are if bought online
You might have a problem with the Wii U sd reader. If Sd card is definitely good

Maybe shine a flashlight and take a look inside Wii U sd slot. Might be dirty and have lint or dust build up. I’ve had my phone case not beable to charge because of dust and had to run thin plastic card between contact to clean it. Then it worked
If u leave the door to it open with no card in then crap can get in there. Especially if smoke or vape. Which makes sticky film then dust sticks to it more

that's why newer wii u's have a dust cover. I have one with and one without. the latter one is the one I don't use. I'll get a switch to replace that one. ;)
