Homebrew Wii u SD card mount failed

so i am trying to homebrew my Wii u and for some reason every time i try to run the browser exploit it just says SD card mount failed.
what do i do?

It told u what to do already: IT failed to read your SD.

Try another SD card. No adapter, SD card alone, and to locate the root cause use a smaller one, say 8G or 2G, not SDXC, formatted in FAT32 AND 32kb cluster on PC
If the issue still persists then... maybe SD slot on Wii U is the culprit.
