That's the thing. You'll need to make sure you pre-order when you have the chance because chances are this will be scalped as hell.

And seriously, this metroid is just another classic remilking, something Nintendo is known for. And it's not even developed by Nintendo, just thrown to some cheap student studio and here, make something that looks familiar to the fans, slap Nintendo and metroid on it and job's done. Sold!

And please don't get me on Mario Odyssey, it has nothing to do with freaking Mario or Nintendo! If I didn't see Mario jumping around that washed out blandness in the city, with does prehistoric textures and character design I'd never say it's a Mario game, i thought it's rayman or some crap lol, very disappointed with Nintendo, that game is so babyish and cutesy, easy, even for a ret@rd it's easy. I died laughing when Nintendo presenter's played it at Nintendos conference how they tried to pretend that it's hard and how they're dying, how it requires skill to pass through does mini 2 minute levels to collect a moon piece. I feel disappointed and cheated as a Nintendo and Mario fan.

Last real Mario game and the only true 3d modern Mario game is Mario galaxy 1.

we arent past the first year after launch. the switches are still out of stock. we can assume that mostly the ones that bought the system are fanboys so theres nothing we can say about the success of the console by sales figures were currently presented with... so it may be very successful like the 3ds was. and dont even try to tell me that it was shit...mario 3d land was pretty popular, I played the 3d zeldas on it for the first time and I guess im not the only one who would have missed those great games without the 3ds... triforce heroes and albw are great games, theres also lots of others I cant mention for the lack of time and space here... yeah super weak specs and stupidly low res screens, but the games are pretty awesome...
the switch has zelda botw, soon will have minecraft which will be the best version after java (in my opinion) so it might generate more sales. there's mario oddysey which isnt sticking to traditions but looks promising as a great game by itself. the ability to connect the portable console to a big screen so easily is appealing to me and I dont buy xb1/ps4 for not being portable....

the fact wiiu failed doesnt mean that the switch will too. if they said some shit like "it will be supported.. bla... great... bla bla" for the wiiu too it doesnt mean shit because who wouldnt say only good things about their console? even if it is shit that is stupid...
I dont say if it sells good that means its good, just that profit is the main purpose of a company. if it will be a commercial success then they will continue making consoles for the next generetion and the one after it...

and lastly- who promised you that as a software-only company, they will be releasing better games that will fit your taste? think about it...

Sega turned to crap when that happened. And people still hope for a "Dreamcast 2" even though it was just a mediocre system anyways.

Also, Nintendo's got a lot more money in the bank than Sega ever did, they could survive indefinitely. Sony has more chance of going under even if PS4 is #1

when sega went third party they barely ever made any more decent games lol, you can count on one hand any decent game sega made after they became thrid party.

Srs if nintendo followed sega`s path you would get a random mario game full of bugs, they would be awnful games like sonic crap they do every year full of bugs and barely playable.
