you do have the file "facepalm", you need to decompress them, the 1 file is the one folder, this is a garc and you need to open it with ohana3ds.
Not this ohana3ds, the original one you need, but basically for OW you need to find file_00171.mm and file_00314.mm and replace them with the respective dec fileAlright. I opened up the 1 file in ohana3DS and this is what I get. Now what?

I tried for you, couldn't get it to work. (This is the original by Reisyukaku, not by the OP. I'm not interested in Star Sapphire.)
Can anyone else get Reisyukaku's mod to work on regular Alpha Sapphire using Luma game patching or is it a lost cause?
