I tried to install cold boot hax and I got a message that says "There is a problem with the system memory" when I boot up my wii u and then it just stays on that screen. Does this mean I bricked my wii u? Is this reversible? I followed all of the steps provided on how to install cold boot hax except that I downloaded the cold boot hax installer off of the homebrew shop with the homebrew menu.
The error code is 160-0103

Even knowing my stuff I still avoid installing coldboot haxchi since it is risky. Even with legit dr kawashima game from eShop I just use normal haxchi so no accident could brick my system.

I wonder why so many people are jumping feet first to the abyss - so readily and with so many disastrous results...

I cry, when Wii U's deserve to die.

It is totally safe to install CBHC if you have a legit game. The only brick that can happen now is formating with cbhc. Everything else is protected against

I rather not have coldbooting incase I do something stupid. Since the Wii U is very easily brickable, I rather not do something dumb.

Also it's recommended to try booting Haxchi before doing a coldboot install incase something went wrong.
