Same here, going to get the shiny charm to make things a bit faster.

Notice that the shiny checkbox will alter the behavior of the tests, this is what it should do:

If the box is not checked:
- Shiny: Stop regardless of other filters.
- Not Shiny: Check the other filters and decide if soft-reset.

If the box is checked:
- Shiny: Check other filters, if it doesn't pass, sofreset.
- Not Shiny: Soft-reset.

So if i want a shiny without any IVs i need to uncheck it. While if i want a Shiny with specific nature/ivs i need to check the box, right?

Not quite, in your case you should check the box and leave all other filters untouched. Checked box means being shiny is REQUIRED, unchecked box is DON'T CARE, but will stop anyways if it finds a shiny.

If i check the box and i leave all other filters untouched it will search only for the shiny pokemon. If instead i uncheck the box and set the other filters it will search for the pokemon with these filters but it will stop anyway if it find a shiny. Is that right?

will the shiny SR bot work with lugia? It requires you to move forward in order to trigger the battle

If triggering the battle requires other thing than just pressing A, then it's not supported at the moment, will probably change that in a future release.

No problem, I'm also testing it, asking for a 31/31/31/X/31/31 Jolly Virizion with the box unchecked, let's see if it stops when a shiny pops.

What happened? Did the bot just stopped? It keep sending A presses instead of soft-reseting? Do you have the NTR log?

I didn't keep the log. The bot didn't stop, it acted like it was still going, with a message saying "Pressing A 3 times" and nothing happened. Then it kept saying "Waiting for opponent data" before I shut everything down. I tried again with the same result. This time I kept the log.

A third time, it hasn't been interrupted, with more soft resets. I think what happened is that the two times it stopped working was on account of booting up another window of the program and using it with my other game, thus another connection.

I think I know what happened, just one more question, where did it stop, in the battle, outside the battle or in the intro screen? Also I haven't tested it with two instances of the application, so that also might be the problem.

It stopped after the soft reset. So during the intro video, it would say it's pressing A 3 times, and nothing happens.

OK, so this is what happened: Every time a soft reset happens, I need to reconnect with the game, in your case this reconnecton happened (Server connected. in the log) but after that the communication failed in one of the two ends, the program tried to send commands to the NTR debugger but didn't received a response (no "finished" spam on the log). So this is most likely Wi-Fi connection issue, did this happened in the moment you tried to connect with in a second instance of the program?

It happened after. I'd do my business on the second instance of the program, but left it connected, despite not making any further edits. Maybe keeping that up caused the issue.

Yes that could be the problem or just a bit of bad luck like random battlespot d/c. I'll try to reproduce the problem.

Edit: I couldn't reproduce the problem, I had two instances of the program open, connected and working at the same time with different 3DS systems and no connection problems, maybe you just had a little of bad luck with your 3DS' connection.
