this update has been out for weeks, and we are still talking about it? i though this thread would have gone down by now.
Hi, I thought I was the only one having this problem. In Pokemon XY, ORAS I always DC with error code when ever the battle starts or in the middle of the battle. I switched back to 11.0 and the problem is gone.
Edit: I'm staying with 11.0 for a while til the problem is fixed or next fw is released. Or is this a problem of cfw? >.<
please help what u have done to fix dis problem.. up to now Im receiving error code online

Find freeShop's CIA, download the latest Homebrew Launcher Loader cia, install both with FBI. Launch both. For freeShop, Google search "that title keys site", find where it says "Download encTitleKeys.bin" and click the green QR code button that's next to that. Open freeShop, click on the icon on the bottom screen that looks like a standard settings icon. Tap on the Update tab, underneath where it says "Auto-update title keys from URL", click on the icon that's on the ver left side of the screen and scan the QR code. Then tap on Refresh Cache to reload freeShop and the games should be added.

You just need the updated BootNTR and regular Luma3DS for NTR CFW.
I'm in the same situation, but I have no idea how to do this. I have a new 3DS XL with CFW and an unhacked new 3DS. I've bought Paper Mario: Sticker Star assuming I could just modify the save file on the SD card and move it between devices, but of course it doesn't work. Would you mind giving me some hints how I should go about downgrading? I've already followed Plailect's guide, but at some point he just mentions that stickerhax can me done if you have a second 3DS with HBW Launcher, but no instructions are given.
Saves on the 3ds SD card are encrypted in a unique way for each console, meaning you can't just move anything within the Nintendo 3ds folder without some hacking. Though when you are saying that, do you have a digital copy instead of a physical cart?
Yes, I have a digital copy of the game. In Pailect's guide it says that both eShop and cart versions are supported. I figured it the hard way that some encryption is going on with the save files. Is there something else I can do with the digital copy?
The update has only been out for a little over two weeks and not everybody plays their 3ds every day, no it's not surprising we have a few 'stragglers' still asking questions about it.
That said, this thread has cooled down significantly. The first few days it was getting 100-200 posts a day (1000 on the 1st!), now it's down to about 5-20.
For a digital copy you would need homebrew launcher access on the non-hacked console to install the exploited save, unlike the physical cart where you could install the save to the cart from the hacked 3ds and then use that to run HBL on the non-hacked console.
I was talking about a physical copy.
The System Transfer should transfer the digital copy along its save, though.
