It is possible and been made in pass, you need modeling tool for it, a tool for modifying texture and lot of file swaping

You will need to ask to xeogran himself, when you mean bottom, you mean the blue bar where text appear? For title music, you need to convert your initital music into .bcstm
for editing that, I am still searching since it crash the game always for now
I wonder if it's possible to make a texture+model hack to match Pikachu with this fan art of an "Ash Pikachu"... gods that would be amazing. (And totally fitting for my romhack which features Mega Pikachu)

Well, from what I've heard from my parents, he had a seizure last night, perhaps an epileptic episode, fucking died, had a near death experience, my dad called the paramedics, they showed up, took him to the hospital, and he woke up covered in tubes, and started complaining.
