I would advice against doing that, those classes are meant to be exclusive to those characters, you'll experience a lot of bugs if you try to use them.

You could probably take a captured unit, and change the character ID to a bond unit, and you'd get the same result, because Bond Units have no assigned FID (Sprites), AID (Face/voice/hair/unique models) among other things, which are supposed to be generated when a player first gets them.

Well, I heard you MIGHT be able to get rid of it by removing the illegitimate stuff.
If that fails you can always use a backup file without the illegimate edits.
Also, it's only the single save that gets banned. Any non-bannable saves are not banned

+7 unless it says it cannot be forged at all in the smithy. Stuff like +7 water wheel is fair game while +7 yato is not.
AFAIK no limits on level of forge except for what I said above

Check the mithy, if it cannot be forged then even a +1 is illegal, otherwise +7 should be the maximum legal value.
