I have never used Gbatemp to post mods or the like, and I have this mod for Fire Emblem Fates that translates all the conversations from the Nohrian/Hoshidan festival maps that were never translated in english, would I be allowed to post it here?

Not yet, it'll take some time. Though I might post another mod that I am working on when that one is finished as well.
