Hacking Potential reason for random errors on N3DS after downgrading?

Aroth, I went from 8.1J -> 10.3J -> 9.2J (really 9.1J) on JPN N3DS.
I studied yellow8's site SOAP responses and these are my findings:
- the following system titles were updated with 10.3J update and remain 10.3J versions after downgrading to 9.2J (= mismatch).

I don't quite get why most users on this thread report 4 mismatched titles when I found 8, is this difference solely due to region you think?
Is it really safe to grab the o3DS versions of all these titles?

These titles were added to the N3DS SOAP reply in 9.7.0-25, but if you compare the TitleID's and versions with O3DS SOAP replies it becomes readily apparent that Nintendo simply added them to the reply without actually updating them. You can also check the USA and EUR installed title lists I compiled that list all installed titles on EUR and USA systems that shipped with 9.0 and you will find those three titles already installed with the versions listed on the 9.7 N3DS SOAP reply. Considering the three titles in question are all region free, it is a safe assumption that they are present on a JPN system as well.

This title is the odd ball. It is passed over by the discussion in this thread primarily because there is no 9.2 version to add to the downgrade packages. The amiibo Settings application was introduced in 9.3 so it is not possible to downgrade it below that level. Since it technically should not be installed at all on a 9.2 or lower system it is quite safe to simply uninstall it once you complete the downgrade. That said the fact that nothing in a 9.2 system can call/reference the amiibo Settings means it is also equally safe to simply leave it alone, especially since you are most likely going to update emunand to 10.5 once you finish setting things up and that will just reinstall it to emunand even if you did delete it beforehand.

In regards to your last question, it is quite safe to grab the titles that do need downgrading (and as I just explain there really are only 4) from O3DS packs as all 4 are completely universal. The same title is installed on every 3DS, 2DS and N3DS system in the world.

In fact the only title out of the 8 you listed that isn't universal is the amiibo settings application. It is unique to each region, but within each region the same title is installed across the board for 3DS, 2DS and N3DS. That said this title does not really need to be downgraded, simply uninstalled/deleted using FBI once you finish the downgrade. (Do not attempt to do it before downgrading as it might cause unknown issues since the title IS used/referenced in 9.3+. Once on 9.2 it is completely safe to purge it.)

How do I delete amiibo Settings and replace the Mismatched Titles?

Ok, change the destination to NAND and look for the title ID that matches Amiibo settings (it will be near the bottom in the "CTR-N-____" titles iirc.

I would not use FBI to replace the other titles since they are system modules. Use the regular version of sysupdater to install the copies you grabbed from an O3DS 9.2 package.

Grab the four titles in question from an O3DS 9.2 package and use sysupdater to install them.

I can't seem to find it. (I made sure to match the TitleID)
Are they any other ways to locate and confirm beforehand?

So I plan on buying a 10.3 n3ds xl and want to downgrade it to 9.2 so I can put reiNand on it. Can I just downgrade with the 9.2 N3ds updates or I need to put the 2 missing files from 03ds?
