    Most likely reason: Executives decide to not distribute their games internationally. Because of no distribution to their extremely large fanbase in US and possibly EU, they lost huge profit opportunities. Now they have that bad shape financially, because they don't have that money.

    sorry. I doubt its a virus now, since my scanner detected nothing, but what happened was after I downloaded it, I ran the batch to see what it would give me. A command prompt only opened and suddenly disappeared. I probably did it myself because I tried reopening the batch file multiple times...

    IMO, doing the Story summary translation should be done before the actual dialogue, since the summary can clarify almost everything and it should consume less time than every dialogue in the game. I am talking about the summary you see when you go to the menu and go to Story tab.

    Me neither. But they do it because they like to do it. This kind of 'work' is what they do. It's like a hobby or a career(probably not a career). It serves others well that can't read japanese and are upset at the fools who don't import the many games to the US to be translated and released...
