Is there a way to play project M on Wii U? I've done it on the Wii before but I can never get it to work on Wii U??

For those who dont even know what I'm talking about: https://pmunofficial.com/en/download/

Has anyone got it to ever work on their Wii U? Everytime I try on mine it either freezes and white screens or just loads up regular brawl and nothing else happens?? Does anyone know how to do it?

That's only for the hackless method. I want to use the homebrew method instead because the build I'm using is a homebrew build, not a hackless build.

I've tried loading it through the homebrew channel on vwii and it just loads regular brawl up or freezes. Or, if I use USB loader gx like how I normally use on my Wii, (with settings Ocarina: ON and Hooktype: Axnextframe) it does the exact same thing so I'm not sure what I'm missing? I have all the files on my SD card too (apps, codes, PROJECTM, gameconfig.txt) so I'm not sure entirely if something is missing or another file is interfering maybe???

not sure if it works or not. it mentions removing the gamecube controllers I think, so it may be for wii only. it sounds like a similar mod to that to install the homebrew channel. it's what I used with a hacked stage on the wii u, to install the homebrew channel on the vwiil. I don't remember having any problems with that though.

This is the video I used to play project m on my original wii. It worked when I set it up on my wii but when I set it up on my wii u it just wouldn't work at all, same settings, same apps and everything. Only boots regular brawl. I got tired and then I put my wii's SD card in my wii u to see what would happen and somehow it actually worked and could actually play it! So I know that it can be done. When I shut it off and tried it again later on with my wii's SD card still in my wii u, it would just load up regular brawl again and again so I dont know what's causing it to not work? Any ideas?

I think your referring to the smash stack exploit. I used that exploit before to hack my Vwii. I have a custom build that is homebrew only. Is there a way to possibly "convert" a homebrew build into a hackless build? Aka loading from the stage builder exploit instead of from the homebrew channel? Can it be done or is there no way of making it work at all?

Well I'm trying to show which build I'm using and someone can see what I'm doing wrong or missing on it? It's just a question as I have no idea what else to do to try to make it work???

I have it installed on my WiiU.
I got an iso file of project M and then loaded it into techmoon.
Then I installed it like any other games, works perfectly for me.
