Hey, I'm not very familiar with 3DS hacking, but I bought mine 2DS hacked with Freeshop FBI and other apps... The firmware was always the same 11.6.0-39E I never updated or anything. Just once removed the SD card because it failed to read sometimes. After that I backed-up all SD card formatted it and transfered all files back. How do I fix it? I believe the hack is still there. I don't have any flashcards except ones from my old DS (R4) :/

Buy a new sd card
But it is working, why should I buy a new one? The problem was the card reader on 2DS, it was cheap I guess. Now I applied some tape on the other side of the card and it reads the card perfectly. Why are my apps gone then?

Maybe you have a fake SD card. To be stringent in checking the card and updating your custom and 3DS firmwares, follow the steps in this post.

I fixed my problem with deleting a lot of games and data. Probably some areas of SD card are corrupted or SD card is partly fake... It was about 18gb/32gb when this problem happened. I reinstalled now and keeping my eye on the memory ;)

Do you like drinking from a broken cup with a hole from the bottom? That's what you're basically doing with your 3DS using a bad card.

You can't depend on fake or faulty SD cards in the long term. They will always corrupt and damage your data. Staying under a certain threshold of let's say 4 GB will not prevent this from happening again.

Save yourself the headache. Check the empty card with H2testw and get a replacement if it fails the test.

I understand, I simply will look for another card. For now I will use the old one ;) I barely play so it''s not a huge problem for me
