He is talking about the installable format, the backup loader will essentially just feed xci files to the filesystem sysmodule.Maybe because of this:
The backup loader won´t be aviable on release it seems, or am i missing something?

How different is that to sx os's backup loader or FS?He is talking about the installable format, the backup loader will essentially just feed xci files to the filesystem sysmodule.

No, but you can compare those containers with .cia and .cci or .3ds, As those are simply 2 file container formats. So i am missing something: why so we need the installable format? do games run better on it than on .xci?
Dlc and eshop games are only possible through that format and not xciSo i am missing something: why so we need the installable format? do games run better on it than on .xci?
.NSP installation is not how the backups would be primarily played, .XCI files is and was the original way. Rei already confirmed that there would be backup loading at launch. However, if you want to use .NSP as opposed to .XCI then I guess SX OS is the only alternative. The backup loader won´t be aviable on release it seems, or am i missing something?
I mean the cfw itself works and i havent heard any complaints from the beta testers but again, it lacks new features atmDo we know (approximately) the release date of Rei's CFW? It looks like a solid solution.

Well, if it's no different than what we've got, then I've gotta ask why.Release the 1.0!!!! New features can be v1.1 update!
Rei confirmed it was 95% completed at 9:09 PM on July 14th, 2018.( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)https://t.co/E5gvVDoxEj

That means exactly 457 hours and 7 minutes passed between the initial announcement and the last known progress of ReiNX. To make the next bit of math easier, the equivalent in minutes is 27,427. 24,427 minutes represents 95% completion of ReiNX since the initial announcement (if we assume its been worked on at a constant and steady pace). Therefore if we continue with that same assumption and set up a ratio between 27,427/0.95 and X/0.05 (because 5% is remaining to be completed), then we find that X=1,443.53 minutes (approximately). Converting the raw quotient into hours equals about 24 hours. What this means is that ReiNX is going to be released on July 15th, 201895% good to go i'd say?
well i actually started working before that.. maybe a week before the initial teaser image i posted. So mathmatically that should push the date out a few days x3Alright so I decided to crunch some numbers (because numbers usually don't lead me astray). ReiNX was formally announced at 8:02 PM on June 25, 2018. https://twitter.com/Reisyukaku/status/1011444535673712641Rei confirmed it was 95% completed at 9:09 PM on July 14th, 2018.

tl;dr: got bored and decided to see if math could help us get an ETA. Turns out we're past the calculated ETA. Who knew?
So, ETA a few days? HL3 confirmed!?!?!?well i actually started working before that.. maybe a week before the initial teaser image i posted. So mathmatically that should push the date out a few days x3
I could only work with what's publicly available but thank you for sharing that info.well i actually started working before that.. maybe a week before the initial teaser image i posted. So mathmatically that should push the date out a few days x3
Funnily enough, I did this exact calculation as soon as Rei announced 95% completion. I decided that it probably wasn't a linear process though so it didn't mean much. The last 5% is probably stuff that was put off till the end due to it's meh factor.tl;dr: got bored and decided to see if math could help us get an ETA. Turns out we're past the calculated ETA. And what are those "new features" aside from free gamez and the memes?I mean the cfw itself works and i havent heard any complaints from the beta testers but again, it lacks new features atm

Ate those new features? ReiNX is actually a violent program that devours smaller programs to make itself faster, stronger, and smarter? Who needs to crack SX OS when you can just assimilate it?And what ate those "new features" aside free gamez and the memes?

basically.. lmao.. although thats less to do with the cfw and more to do with the kips that it will load so yea..Is the 5% = backup loader?
