Miiverse ban as the name suggests, only bans you out of shitverse.
System-wide ban [Aka. we will blacklist your (S)EEPROM] doesn't delete any games but blocks you from online completely (Unable to login to your NNID because you have a fancy error that will just say that service is unavailable, you can still interact with your games, you're just unable to access NNID completely.)
