Hacking Homebrew Launcher just says "-3" on startup

Hello, I've been using the homrew launcher earlier today but all of a sudden after putting some files on my SD card and entering the homebrew launcher it just stays on a black screen with just "-3" on white text, this is what happens when entering through haxchi but when I enter through lodiine it instead says FSGetMountSource failed, what is going on?

problem with sd card is what that means. the sd card may be bad, corrupted, or it can't find the file(s).

ahh okay I wiped the pins on the sd card and it works fine now, thanks!
