Let's say I leave my NNID linked and without the password saved so he won't be able to do nothing on my account and just have access to haxchi. If I buy a switch will I be able to link my account later without any issues? I was thinking on leaving my ID on the Wii u without giving my password.

Sure that would work. I have the same NNID on my switch as I have on my Wii u
