He already did, it does work.Start button may be faulty. Have you tried holding select to see if the options menu works?
Open up FBI, go to SD. Press A on the Luma folder and choose to copy it. Press B to go back then choose CTR NAND. I'm not 100% sure how to paste it, there is probably an option on there somewhere. Don't worry if you can't work it out, I'm sure someone will chime in with more precise instructions soon.Im super sure i renamed SafeB9SInstaller.bin to arm9loaderhax.bin and put it on the root of my sd card and it didn't open at start up. Without the sd card it boot normal to the home menu.

That is a good sign, it means BootCtr9 is working, did you make sure you edited boot_config.ini correctly and placed it on the SD card root?It unfortunately did not work what Adeka says.
