Discourse is a forum software, they're probably switching to it. Give it a few days for them to sort it out and assume its gone forever if it doesn't come back.

Because when it started it was for systems like the psp and wii that did use disc images (i.e. "that psp iso site"). So when they added sites for cart based systems like the 3ds and vita to the network, they kept the "that [system] iso site" naming system.
