IGR is not applied automatically, if properly applied with the tools it works on my skin. Basically: if IGR works on the official release, it'll work on EZ-Flat.

2.01 has been released now. See original post :)

I got my ez Flash Card and install new Kernel. Games work fine. But how Can i Quit a game and Get back to Menue without restart The Gameboy ?

I try Up+ a and L, and up + b and L and so on but nothing ?

I dont patched the Games put it direct to ad Card

As I said, IGR is not patched on the fly, you need to patch the Roms individually using the ez4 client from the ez-flash team.

As I said, IGR is not patched on the fly, you need to patch the Roms individually using the ez4 client from the ez-flash team.

To have IGR implemented on-the-fly without patching with the client would be a good feature to have, as a lot of users would want that.

Still, I'm guessing you could add a batch of roms in the client and IGR patch them all, instead of individually to save time?

I have not used the client for a number of years, so cannot remember if that is possible.

I think the EZ-Flash team intends to add this feature. At least they mentioned it in the thread about kernel 2.00.

Since I am not using IGR myself I wouldn't know how to properly apply the IGR patch. All I know is that I have a single ROM with the IGR patch lying around which I used to test if it works. I don't know which tool was used to patch it, though.

i like the theme, very simple and clean, however i just don't like the disk icon..it feels like "windows 10 wannabe"
is it possible to change into an HDD or somehting similair?
Not too keen on a hard disk myself. Maybe the icon will be changed in the future if I find a suitable icon that will fit the overall theme.

That's weird. I can't see this line on any of my devices or in an emulator. Can you try going back to 2.00 and see if it persists? then re-upgrade to 2.01? What kind of EZFlash IV do you have? White MiniSD model or black microSD model?

Has anyone else had this issue?

2.00 is fine. And 2.01 is fine now, as well... Hmmm, no idea, what that was. :yaysp:

Weird that it wasn't working in the first place. Nice to hear it's working fine now.

@SylverReZ, I also heard one of the Prince of Persia games was so unfinished that it required the "24/7 online" drm so a puzzle could be done and the game could be finished. And that when the Ubisoft servers were closed the (cracked) game was impossible to finish or something like that
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Xdqwerty, That's extra scummy. Ubisoft nowadays ship out incomplete games like Skull and Bones which was being worked on for nearly a decade now.

Either that or their old games were unfinished aswell but we can't notice it

I like that games can be fixed after the fact, hate that it's being abused via beta tests... And DLC... I was a 7800 owner back in the day and loved Impossible Mission, turns out I couldn't beat it because it was actually impossible lol

I never knew about it at the time but a fixed version was available but you had to mail in your broken copy lol
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
So that version is semi rare
