Next on my shopping list a Binder Design 4" Excel Dual Deployment 54mm Rocket. I have dual redundant altimeters, just need the kit. Picture below is an assembled one. Going for my Level One High Power certification. Est. Altitude appx 2500-3000ft. The Rocket is good for Level Two also.

Planning to get a 2.5" 2/3/4TB HDD for my desktop depending on how much money I can afford to spare. I also have plans to switch smartphone, but I plan on waiting until I know what becomes available from Motorola in the near future.

I am planning to build a powerful PC on summer. i7-6700k CPU, gtx 1080 Palit Gamerock GPU and 16 gigs of ram. I've been saving money forever, and after a hard year of school, I hope I'll be able to build it.
switch the i7 to a ryzen 1500 or 1600 and you'll save a bit of money on the processor and the motherboard while having the same performance as intels i7 series. Trust me, it's worth the switch. I was using intel and decided to give ryzen a try. Never looked back on switching to AMD.

As for me, I plan on getting a 34 inch 240Hz 4K curved gaming monitor for $450 some time soon-ish. Gotta love the generic off brand Korean stuff you see on linus tech tips :D

Planning to get and install an embedded kitchen, for the apartment I am also planning to rent.
More than planning, suffering in advance because I will have to do it and I am too lazy.

I'll be moving at the end of this month so I guess I'll have to revise my personal inventory. Am hoping to get a TV and I'll probably need new cooking supplies. :creep:

I really don't want to start a flame war here. Everybody has different opinions. However, I have a pretty dark past with AMD hardware and heat problems on my laptop. I've heard that desktop AMD stuff overheats as well. Maybe I'll have to pay much higher for something that doesn't perform as well, but I love being safe.

Also lmao, don't think I am going to buy a really expensive monitor just because I'll be getting a gtx 1080. I am going to buy the chrapest thing I'll find on the flea market. I just want to future-proof my system to hell. And maybe, after I've gathered enough money again, I'll buy an expensive monitor. But not now.

Sorry if anything sounds off here, I am not a native speaker and I just woke up at 05:40. Gotta love exams.

Intels desktop stuff isn't exactly cool running, mostly because of the shocking thermal paste between the ihs and die. Intel even turned around and said to not overclock to avoid high temps on the 7700K, despite it being sold with an unlocked multiplier specifically for overclocking :rofl2:.

Pretty much need to delid a modern Intel cpu to get decent temps becasue Intel are cheapskates.

Lots of things I'd like to get, but I won't.
I'd like a new cello. My cello is really cheap and sounds bad, but I've had it for many years and would feel bad selling it, it's like having a pet. And I don't really need two. In fact I'd probably just feel bad not using it anymore, like I'd betrayed it.
Is like to upgrade my surface pro 2 to a pro 3 or 4. But then I think how annoying would it be transferring all my files and installed software. I'd never be able to sell it just in case there was ever something on my old computer I needed. Plus I've had it for a few years, and again it has personality and I would feel terrible selling it or even just not using it anymore.
I'd like to get my cats a huge scratching post tower but there's no room in my house for it.
I'd love to buy a car but that would be betraying my motorcycle which has served me for a number of years and is now on its last legs. Selling/scrapping it would be like shooting your dog because he's getting on in years but has no terminal illness.
So.... No plans to buy anything I guess.
