Yes, but only if you have a N3DS with the latest payloads that came out yesterday. If you have an O3DS you have to wait, because Smea is still working on its payloads.

I can confirm this. I used the 11.2 otherapp and renamed it "OLD-11-4-0-37-USA" and HBL booted no problem.

Did you try updating Luma to the latest hourly build?

@wolf_ I think that you can manually update with sysUpdater trough Homebrew Launcher with the update files for the desired version from the same console region and model.
But you can use most exploits of 11.3.0-X in 10.6.0-X, so unless you want to update to use a game that requiere that system Kernel/Firm Version because you don"t use CFW it isn"t really worth to update to it. Also if you decide to do the manual update you may prefer to update to 11.2.0-X since it doesn"t have the slowdown problem in some games that 11.3.0-X have.

@djricekcn If the payload is installed in the game or app you need to reinstall it from the installer of it (and the installer should be able to support that version) or in case that it loads the payload from the SD just download it from here and replace it with the new one: http://smealum.github.io/3ds/

OK well I do have arm9loader already installed so I'll probably just keep updates blocked using DNS till 11.4 gets completely done with Luma and homebrew

Is it confirmed GBA /DsWare broken on 11.4 ? I try to update my O3DS so I can to play my carts online ..
We have any idea if they are broken, what broke them & is this permanent?
Luma & A9HL will These always be safe to update?
Is there a rare chance these could get patched?

It"s because the firmlaunch patch of Luma3DS was broken by 11.4.0-X.
You can use the lastets nightly build of Luma3DS that already fixed it I think: http://astronautlevel2.github.io/Luma3DS/

Oh, I don't have any consoles that don't have CFW. People without CFW should still try it and report back wether or not it works for them.

I can confirm this works for O3DS since it worked on my 2DS with a9hl + luma just fine. My homebrew launcher cia works and svdt works as well.
