Only if the game in question uses gpufence to control it's frame rate. I don't know of any games besides BotW that does. For any other game disablegpufence should have no effect at all. I don't know anything about nes remix. I recall people complaining about it's frame rate a while back but that may have been fixed.

I don't know what your system specs are but if you are running BOTW at 360p and struggling to get 15fps with disablegpufence active then your hardware must be extremely low end. On a 2500k(6 year old cpu) @4.5ghz and a gtx 1070 I average 24-26 in the open world and get a solid capped 30fps in shrines. >60fps in shrines if I don't cap. Which is too fast to be playable.

Maybe idk, could just be BOTW / Cemu hating dual core i5's with hyperthreading vs
quad cores with hyperthreading disabled that or win7, other 3d games on Cemu aren't anywhere near as bad at native 720p even Yoshi runs better.

Meanwhile at 540p

Oh my giddy aunt... I tested BotW on my computer upstairs.. It's not a BAD computer, but the HDD.. Holy shit. THAT is one slow cookie. So building up any cache took some doing, but once it got there, it was reasonably smooth. I couldn't preload a cache-file, because 4GB of RAM is just not enough.

Could be. BotW seems to be the most demanding game I've played. Typically Cemu sits around 55ish % cpu usage. With BotW I see that amount jumping up much more often. Frequently hitting 75% usage. So this means it's always using two cores and sometimes using a full three cores. In that case a quad core will definitely be better than a dual core with hyperthreading.

Yeah i'm think of swapping out my i5-2520M with an i7 quad core and disabling the hyperthreading since with my poor cooling it'd run too hot.
I have socket 35w PPGA988 but apprently it will take FCPGA988 45w cpus like the i7-2720QM or i7-2670QM.

Breath of the while will run on AMD r9 390 and i7 4770k? Or should I buy Switch an be happy with it instead.

It runs and plays very decently on my system, and it is considerably weaker than yours (280 + i5 Haswell), so yes, it'll run. However, at the moment there are problems specific to AMD, such as weird artifacting caused by eyes (cured sorta by a graphics pack) and grass issues (which is not cured yet). Beyond that, it is playable.

If you want absolute perfection gameplay though and can't wait any longer, Switch/Wii U is probably your best option. :)

Do you get any warnings/popups? What do your computer temps look like after an hour of gaming? And what are your specs?

1.7.4d is still a mess with pre-GCN AMD cards (HD 5770 in my case). This is with 16.2.1 driver:

With 1.7.3d at least I could see some things:

Every other game I've tried looks nice.

What format do we need to run games with Cemu?
I know the OP says encrypted WUD images or RPX/RPL, but I need more than that info.

The RPX/RPL is that of the decrypted content like the ones used for Loadiine?
And if that's so, do we need the ENTIRE Loadiine package or just the RPX?

Rpx is the one where you don't need keys.
And you'll need the entire thing, not just the .rpx file
