1.-Dump Zelda directly from the Eshop or Disc or
2.-some one steal or have the game early to dump tthe game with the title.tik

Even if they get the tik isn't it very possible that the game will be unplayable without the additional 3gb download, or is that something that can be installed from the game itself and is just to speed up load times?

thats specifically for the disk version.

Many people say is extra data like Xenoblade Choronicles X to Speed Up the game
