Homebrew flicker rate of a n3ds xl?

Hello everyone, I bought this and I want to play some games on it. If I remove the microSD card which contains the audio guide the console gives this message: microSD card is not inserted. Can we make it run games and use it as a console?

Anyone know this? I'm trying to fix the wash out appearance without my 3ds backup. im using a dev app to correct this.

both. its not a hardware problem I triple checked that, its the flicker rate was screwed with in a ctr transfer.
