So it seems if you live in Australia people claim the PS4 download is crap. Well here is a way to make it 5x faster!

in lack of an explanation heres my conspiracing theory: the console uploads all the data it gathered for the past days to NSA thought that IP, while downloading games.
it downloads the game and uploads the recorded videos of you sleeping at same time so it get's masked and people assume it's data about the game

No it will block every other service that internet uses except the download. This is useful for some people.

It's weird but that IP he is showing after he blocks that 111.X.X.X (also doesn't belong to Sony) range and reconnects to 203.26.28.145 is actually one of the ISPs in Australia.
