use CDN-FX although it can't use encrypted title keys for downloading pokemon moon and some other titles it can use decrypted title keys for downloading the other stuff

actually cdn-fx can use encTitleKeys.bin but its quite glitchy at building the .cia (it usually works for me after the second try everytime .-. strange)

"a decTitleKeys.bin" basically how it works is people donate their decTitleKeys.bin and as they get donated new titles are added. for example if someone had a decTitleKeys.bin with say highschool dxd (its not currently on the site), it would be added to the list. the one hosted on the site is just a collection of what they have so far. not every title in existence. same with the encTitleKeys.bin
