Not already you need to use it first
That's how the exploit works. You run fasthax to get the high level exploit, then safehax. Even with it being possible, there's really no point in merging them. There's nothing beneficial to gain and it really doesn't speed up the process.

It is possible, but I don't really see the point, and I think that's how the devs feel too.

I am pretty sure it's possible and I worded that horribly. I have actually been up all night playing Pokemon Moon and working a few projects.
Let me reword that. Even with it being possible, there's really no point in merging them. There's nothing beneficial to gain and it really doesn't speed up the process.

Well that's quite the thing. I wonder why this isn't part of the Guide?
BTW, sorry for providing incorrect information.
The exploit devs wish to keep k11 and a9 sploits separate for maintainability purposes. I don't have a problem with that. It's nice having this as an alternative for the impatient like me though. :P

So basically I was kind of right with my second statement. Still, the OP should be happy that I was wrong and what they want actually exist.

Could you Stop Creating Shitpost Threads? else I´m gonna report you

Yo, what's the problem ? I don't see any shitpost here. Stop being angry and chill.
He is just asking for something and there's "request" in the thread name so ... I don't see the point of reporting him

It was together in the guide at one point. I guess before the final fasthax release
Weird, I guess something happened to cause them to stop using that method. Much like how the OTP-less method was part of the Guide.

I think fasthax was deemed to be unstable/incomplete on its own so compiling it with safehax helped it run. I guess once it got a final release it made sence to have them seperate again

Well apparently a build exist, since it's been posted. I guess when all of that stuff was happen, it went under my raider. Then again, I really don't use the guide on daily basis, so chances are I will miss something.
I am willing to admit that even now I am still learning.

I think @zoogie compiled that one themselves + found/added the no-cart fix.

It was definately there as a 'fasthax + safehax' zip with 1 3dsx but I can't seem to see it in the commits.

He's saying so because there's several topics that don't have request in it asking mostly asking for things that nobody needs or should even attempt. Not the mention the "tutorial" that was brick worthy.

@SylverReZ if you could find a v5 DS ML you would have the best of both worlds since the v5 units had the same backlight brightness levels as the DS Lite unlockable with flashme

A woman with no arms and no legs was sitting on a beach. A man comes along and the woman says, "I've never been hugged before." So the man feels bad and hugs her. She says "Well i've also never been kissed before." So he gives her a kiss on the cheek. She says "Well I've also never been fucked before." So the man picks her up, and throws her in the ocean and says "Now you're fucked."

anyways, we need to re-normalize physical media

if i didn't want my games to be permanent, then i'd rent them

Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.

@BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.

    The issue is DRM
  • cearp @ cearp:
You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60

    :rofl2:
  • cearp @ cearp:
still, I agree physical media is nice to have. just pointing out the issue is drm
  • rqkaiju2 @ rqkaiju2:
i like physical media because it actually feels like you own it. thats why i plan on burning music to cds
  • cearp @ cearp:
It's nice to not have to have a lot of physical things though, saves space

@rqkaiju2, Physical media is a great source for archiving your data, none of that cloud storage shiz.
