Anyone can help me here?
So far I got Melee, Simpsons Hit and Run, Super Mario Sunshine and Animal Crossing to play. But thanks to @ccfman2004 for telling me about the EmuMC, but I seen in the settings that anything higher than 251 can cause problems so I left it at the default number 251. But the games I got running successfully won't boot because Nintendont says cannot make save file or something. I am using a 64gig flash drive that Melee is on and my 64gig Wii U sd card that has Animal Crossing, Super Mario Sunshine and others.
How do I resolve this?

that is confusing, you have isos on hdd and sd? also you have multi on or off? is there enough free space on the device the iso is on? isos shouldnt be on sd and usb you should just choose one device since nintendont cant mount both usb and sd at the same time.

I have not formatted my flash drive. It still has exfat like it did when it came out of the package yesterday. However, my SD card, that's been formatted to fat32 so my Wii U can read it. I used a fat32 formatter and set the allocation size to 512kb. I am not at my mom's so I will have to test the instructions you've given me.

not sure if exfat has been taken out or something due to issues, just reformat your flashdrive on fat32 too.

Thanks for nintendont! It's first time I use it on my Wii U and works really well. Just a question, is possible change map of Wii U Pro Controller inputs for a specific game? Ex on Virtua Striker 4 vs 2006 I want to set "Y" for "shot", "X" for "speed" ecc ecc

I am looking for options, too. I wonder if Nintendont controllers.ini could be used for that purpose.
if you use an hid controller you can invert them if you are using a gc controller trough gc ports or a bt controller then no you would need to recompile nintendont.

you can press the minus button to rotate the buttons once but not sure the controlls will be on your liking tough since i have no idea what are the controls on that game.

When invoked from USB Loader GX, Nintendon't no longer shows IPL logo and I am unable to enter IPL menu. I think it may be this commit related https://github.com/FIX94/Nintendont/commit/ad9ad25eb572e85d2ecef91206cced751fc89059 , but I'm not sure. When I start iso from Nintedon't loader AND I enable "IPL load" option - all is fine.
I do understand that Nintendon't boot screen should not longer be seen, but I was hoping that BIOS will stay.

obviously usbloadergx needs to be updated tu support the new enable ipl option.

How do I invert axis on HID controllers?

I was looking into it. I noticed no difference with IPL boot settings enabled. What exactly it does? Is there a IPL menu that can be accessed?

It's the Gamecube BIOS. If you have the option turned on and the BIOS on the root of your HDD it will run it before the game.

It was always enabled even with the setting being off, as I placed GC bios in SD root long ago.

Is there an IPL menu I don't know about?

No. You'll just have to wait until the settings options can be updated in USB Loader GX. (Or you can try it yourself. ;))

Thanks for answer :) Exactly when i have to press minus button? Before start the game? In game? In test menù? From default Virtua Striker 4 vs 2006 controls are:

B=Short Pass
A=Long Pass
Y=Speed Run
X=Shot

If I could switch "X" and "Y" it would be even perfect. I'm using Wii U Pro controller wireless, if I use it wired could make any difference?

you can press it anytime ingame but it only does one clock wise rotation and thn returns to normal so pressing minus on CC,wiiupro will make
Y--X
X--A
A--B
B--Y

if you dont like the rotation then you would need to recompile nintendont with the buttons changed or use an hid controller with a custom ini file for swapped buttons.

Ok thanks, now I understand a bit more. Instead Using Ps3 Controller with USB Cable, is possible make a custom configuration of inputs without recompile Nintendont? How?

obviously usbloadergx needs to be updated tu support the new enable ipl option.

Well, USB Loader GX has an option to rely on pre-configured nintedon't options file (option "read"), that should do nicely considering loader was last updated ages ago. But point is "autoboot" flag in nintendon't had changed behavior considerably and "old" way of launching games, with BIOS and stuff, no longer works, whatever you do. And there is no way to enable it.
IMHO, splitting launch to two distinct and different path instead of making it configurable may lead to some bugs entering unnoticed in the future. And, to my estetical reasons, I would love gamecube BIOS to be shown on lauch from whatever launcher I use.

Well, gamecube BIOS do have a menu. https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=GameCube_Main_Menu
I use it to set or check clock. When BIOS file is in use clock are mapped to Wii clock with offset, like to gamecube RTC module, and the only way to configure it is to enter gamecube BIOS.

get a ps3 controller.ini from the controllers folder and change the buttons and save it as controller.ini and place it on the root of the device it has the isos.
