Fuck off. a9lh didn't format his SD card, he did.It sounds like you're bricked unfortunately. If you get it working somehow I'd recommend switching to menuhax until a9lh is absolutely needed.

Tried 3 sd cards@ijoin if your SD reads in your computer it should be fine, but just in case, try using another one, it might work.

Clearly OP isn't bricked, if you can load luma3ds settings, you should also be able to boot decrypt9.bin and can clean the system with a ctr-transfer.It sounds like you're bricked unfortunately.

now, I can't boot into the LUMA setting anymoreEveryone, please stop throwing ideas at a wall and test the simple options first. Luma3DS 6.3.1 is still able to be dowloaded, it should still work with the patched NAND
