But we already know that System Transferring will move all NNIDs from the source console to the destination console, which means it doesn't have to ask for a specific NNID to be moved. You should be able to initiate a system transfer without issue (I got to the point where I needed to connect a second 3DS just fine after blanking out my nnidsave.bin) which seems to imply to me that any system transfer done will cause Nintendo to move all NNIDs associated to the new console automatically.

Again, I can't test it all the way right now, but I do know for sure that it moved my main NNID when I transferred to someone else's console for DSiWare, even though I specifically created a new NNID to transfer. It made no difference, both NNIDs were moved and I had to contact Nintendo to get them to release it.
So this actually implies that what 022 do is just ban the capacity of XXXX device to perform a Log in on a NNID and anything else?

Failing all of this, contacting Nintendo is still on the table, though who knows if they will see that the NNID is associated with a banned console and refuse.
About that, let me tell you that although giving what should be a valid enough excuse on that situation, they use to refuse, self-experience. Actually I’m still in-touch with them, but I don’t think I would accomplish anything. Maybe is just about Spain’s Customer service which actually it’s pretty shitty.

As far as I can see, 022-2812 is merely a ban on logging in to an NNID on that console, yes. Anything that uses NNID will attempt to log you in and error out. Everything else seems fine. I am not an expert on the matter, just making observations.

Have you tried to tell them about unlinking NNID?
Because I'm planning to give them a call regarding this.

I agree. I injected a blank NNIDsave.bin into my banned 3DS. Then I made a new NNID on the 3DS and logged in. After that, when I went to the eShop, I got a different error code (I don't remember). So then I just removed the NNID by re-injecting it. All is good and I could access the eShop with the arm9loaderhax.bin from this post.

Next thing I'm thinking about is that, maybe, 002 could be transferred on the process?
The thing that makes me think that is one of the unban methods from 002, were you take info for your localfriendcodeseed_B from the movable.sed. The movable.sed has that part different just because your system got a transfer.

On my case, they ignore all what I told them, and just reffer to a copy-paste saying that your device have been banned because the TOS have been infringed.
Edit: to clarify, they did this one time and redirected my case to a "specialist team", which did the same.

moveable.sed moves with the system transfer, but localfriendcodeseed_b obviously doesn't or else they wouldn't be different on a console that was transferred to but the same on a console that hasn't been transferred. Either way, assuming that console has already been hacked, I don't see 002-0102 being an issue as you could restore it from backup.

My only worry is that they'd transfer the 022-2812. That would ruin the whole thing, obviously.

022 seems more attached to a device ID on server side than anything else.

Right. By "transfer" I meant ban the new console for being transferred to from a banned console. I don't think that happens, but I'm not sure anyone has transferred from a banned console to a new console and reported back with the results.

Oh, I see, so for me... would be pointless to buy a New 3DS expecting to log in with my NNID. Because I can't System Transfer unless I log in once on E-Shop which I can't, either calling Ninty because I infringed.

Hmmm....

You don't have to log in to the eShop to transfer...

You inject an empty nnidsave.bin to your banned 3DS. It no longer will require you to login to an NNID when transferring. Logging into an NNID is what you were banned from, so long as you avoid that, it should be fine.

So if you all use this and it sends an ID labeled as "1234" then every digital game you play will now more or less have the same header and you will just get banned like you would on a GW using a public header yea? Because you will now all identify as the same unit online.

I think the plan is to use that just to unlink our NNID from our 3dses and then go back to the standard A9LH and our normal device ID to avoid getting banned again...

Still no way to know, maybe yes, probably not.
You can follow the official thread: here
i get another error code when i try to use my nnid
Which error code? Where are you trying to use your NNID?
022-2501: you have to remove your NNID
011-6901: we cannot do anything at the moment
