If you're on the latest firmware version, try downgrading to 9.2, then update again.

Use PlaiSysUpdater instead, and install it's CIA.

getting a new sd card today(32gb sdhc Samsung Evo + micro with adapter), can i just format the new sd card with guiformat and copy everything from my current sd card over?

2ds, Luma3ds hacked completely with the Plailect guide, updated to 11.1

If the card is already in FAT32 (usually it is) you only need to move over EVERYTHING from the old card to the new.
If it comes with exFAT, format it on the PC (with Windows own formatter).
No need to use guiformat.

Have 2 Problems.
Problem 1
O3ds + A9Lh + Luma on 11.1 Fieldrunners Doesnt Start (Blackscreen) SD Format DS Format and re Download doesnt work. (I Use no Emunand and have no Patches installed)

Problem 2
N3ds + A9Lh + Luma on 11.0
I Have Installes Digimon World Re Digitize Decode. Works Perfect. When i Install the 1.1 Update (Loaded from this Iso Site) the Game will Stuck on 3ds Loading Screen. Any Ideas? Language Emulation Doesnt work. What can i do?

In that case, I don't know more about that.
Only know that if you install from freeshop and there's an update for the game, you can update it from there, easy. Sorry.

I havent, not on purpose at least, but now that you mention originally my Firmware version ended on "U" and now it ends on "E" but that happened after i completed Plailect's guide, i didnt do anything extra, you think that might've caused the issue?

I tried with both the US and the EUR version of smash bros, if that's your question

iirc you can as long as you have A9LH + CFW. It's usually recommended to just region change emuNAND, but i'm fairly positive you can region change sysNAND with A9LH.

depends. Old 3ds doesn't have problems, n3ds won't work though if you previously had a NNID linked before doing the region change. There ARE ways to get it working even still, but its far too complex for most people.

Definitely sounds like you region-changed. You can follow the guide to change to a 9.2.0-U and then update it, and fingers crossed things will work fine again.

Or, you can do a system format, which from what it appears, removes certain userdata that cause games like Smash or returning to Home menu to crash.

Can you provide me with a link to said guide? I cant create a new NNID, do you think that issue would be fixed too? i heard i need to back up my nand or something.
