Hacking Ps vita ftp

Can i run ps vita ftp mode by using android?
I mean access ps vita content on android?

Yes you can. Download a FTP client on your android and you can access the Vita like on a regular computer.

As long as the ftp implementation whoever made for the vita is ok, it should work with everything.
there are many ftp apps for android, i guess some aren't great and won't work

I tried using molecule ftp with my android, i used esfile explorer and it just hangs at loading screen, i even tried this with my regular windows and it does the same when i try to copy a file. Filezilla only seem to works for some reason
