Hey, I just want to double check something with you guys. I'm on "Section IV - RedNAND Prep, Step 4" where you format the emuNAND. What I noticed is that the DSi games I had when I did a system transfer from my old system to the emuanad made it over. Will that cause any issues when I flash the emuNAND to sysNAND? To be safe I could just delete the titles.

I'm sorry, but I just can't get past from Step 1 to Step 2. In order for someone to help me out, I'll try to handas many information as I can:
1) My 3DS is and old 3DS XL, it is on Firmware 10.7.0-32U
2) My SD Card is a 16GB, MBR, formated on FAT32, allocation unit size of 32k
3) I have followed the steps on the tutorial pretty well. I manged to enter the homebrew by the browser, installed the menuhax_manager 3.0 quite easily, and even managed to set the D-PAD Down as the key press to boot directly into the homebrew

I did reboot, as told, however, everytime that I try to boot into homebrew, by holding the D-Pad Down, I recieve the black screen with the error message from Nintendo, to shut it down. When I boot normaly, it works perfectly fine. Anyone could help me out?

Did you set your clock to 00:00 of 1/1/2000?
Are You blocking the Ninty sites? (set your Internet connection setting both DNS to 107.211.140.065)
Did you change the "Theme" before installing the menuhax?

Open "Home Icon" and change the Theme, then revert to default. Return to Home Menu.
Reboot.
Open the browser, "Settings", scroll to "Clear Save Data". you'll be back on Home Menu.
Click L+R to open the camera and read the QR code for the browserhax.
Your Browser will launch and ask you to set things, and after it will launch HB.
Install Menuhax and continue.

You're going to format the Red(Emu)NAND twice so, for the guide that won't interfere.
Just take care of the steps and stop on any error.

Retried, and everything was going perfectly fine until the last steps.
I am stuck at the following: Part-5-(arm9loaderhax), section 6.

What happens is: My Health and Safety ISN'T FBI. I did EVERYTHING as told, every backup, every step, and yet, this is different. Can someone please help me getting the FBI to show up as it should?

You can follow this if you already have A9LH installed:

[*]Open Decrypt9 (keep pressing x before powering up), then go to "SysNAND Options", then "Miscellaneous...", then select the "Health & Safety Dump" option to dump Health & Safety to hs.app (you can use Up and Down / Left and Right to change the name)
[*]Press Select to eject your SD card, then put it in your computer
[*]Extract Universal Inject Generator, then copy both hs.app from your SD card and FBI.cia from the FBI zip to the input folder
[*]Double click go.bat (or execute go.sh with Terminal on Linux, or double click Mac_inject_launcher.app on Mac)
[*]Copy FBI_inject_with_banner.app to the root of your SD card and reinsert your SD card into your 3DS
[*]Press B on Decrypt9, then go to "SysNAND Options", then "Miscellaneous...", and select the "Health & Safety Inject" option
[*]Press down once to select FBI_inject_with_banner.app, then press A and confirm to inject
[*]Go to the main menu, then press Start to reboot

Don't quote me but I believe if you link your console again to your NNID, it will restore your games but I'm not sure, sorry

Hello,

I have a o3ds on 7.2.0-10. I'm trying to update on 9.2.0. According to https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/9.2.0-Update, I should do the Freeway Browser method, which I tried.

I first got a problem on step 7. I could not load Decrypt9WIP following the given link. What I did is copy the launcher.dat (from the decrypt9wip folder) on the root of my sd card, then went to http://go.gateway-3ds.com and it worked on first try. I then did every next, but I'm stuck since I get the first problem on step 25, where I need to load freeway by going to https://dukesrg.github.io/?Freeway.dat.

I've tried to go on https://dukesrg.github.io/?Freeway.dat for about 3 hours. Every single time I got an error. I then tried for 2 more hours, with the addition of initializing savedata between every try. Still doesn't work. Am I just out of luck or is there something wrong? 5 hours doing the same 4-5 things is quite boring..

Change the "Freeway.dat" to "Launcher.dat" and open the gateway link like you did for the Decrypt.

But that isn't the way the guide is written so, if you have any problem, it's on you.

By "change", do you mean rename Freeway.dat to Launcher.dat? Otherwise it boots Decrypt9, but since I don't want to mess up, better be sure..

Again, that isn't the way the guide is written so, don't blame me if anything goes sideways.

You can always keep trying to launch dukesrg links, because sometimes they work and sometimes they not.

Ok, thanks. I may have gone to where I want but I'm not sure. On my last try, it didn't gave me an error but it seems to be crashed. My 3DS is stuck at the hour 11:22, so it's been about 15m. I can't do anything (but manually reboot I guess). Is that a good thing? Am I supposed to wait more or am I supposed to manually reboot?

If you mean it crashed on Home menu, then yes, you can press power until it shut's down.

Hey, I'm at Part 1 in this guide, installing menuhax via menuhax_manager.
It's asking if I want to override the system-version...it seems this is a new feature,

So I am getting my New 3DS Xl Hyrule Edition tomorrow. Probably it's on 9.9 or something. I want to use my Gateway Card on it. At which part and how can I use the Gateway hack to start instantly?

Or is the tutorial, how to do it with the GW files safe too?

Its been a while now, and i'm not sure if it is still working, I heard rx is already outdated.

Is there a recommended newer CFW that I can use?
(I also have a Japanese Pokemon Cartridge when i'm playing, I still want to use it, but then is it possible to make my 3ds xl english? if not it is okay)

Someone suggested me to do arm9loaderhax, with Ntr cfw but then IDK how to do it. is that a good CFW for me, if not what is best suited for me? and are there tutorials for it?

To add up I have an R4 (idk if that would help me with the process haha)

I want to play with my 3ds again with latest firmwares and games lol with online features

Use this if you want to do a9lh with Luma3DS as CFW
