Virtual Console Neogeo Injection

First of all i want to say... thats a "quote" from an existing thread, for instance I allready assume it will not be valid for "Tutorial competition" but can be helpfull for users


I prepared a tools pack and a video tutorial for VC neogeo game injection. (using the new vc neogeo games wich comes with compressed game)

Important: Some tool doesnt work on windows 7 64bits

Remember, that tool is a bit obsolete because of restriction of OS to Windows XP x32 bits, so I've made two new up-to-dated tools that work on Windows Vista/7/8/8.1/10 and later versions for make game.bin.z files... :)
