Buy it yourself, download it from that iso site, or wait for someone to add it to that title keys site.

Use Decrypt9 or uncart to convert them to .3ds then use either the 3DS Simple CIA Converter or ihaveamac's 3dsconv to convert them to CIAs. Use FBI to install them then use JKSM to move the saves from the cartridge to the digital games.

It's not allowed here. You can just google "that iso site" and it will be pretty much on the first page and 1st result on google. The website name is too obvious

When running as a .3dsx, CIAngel only supports generating .CIA files, not installing them. You need CFW to be able to install CIAs.
