Yes, and the firewall is turned off anyways......
Just in case you are confusing the two, turning off your antivirus does not equal turning off windows firewall,
The only thing i could imagine still being in your way would either be the ports used by splathax allready in use on your pc or you confusing IP-Adresses

Trust me, i've disabled both. I've spend hours of my life looking up this stuff, and I can say with absolute certainty i have taken all possible steps to try and resolve this..........and no, i'm not confusing IP-addresses, whatever that means.......i also used a port scanner and i don't think that's the problem....Splathax uses 7331, right? That's what another website said...

Yes the port is 7331, you said you set up static IP-Adresses, so that's the kind of stuff that can happen, just like setting a wrong subnet-mask or not having set up your gateway properly.
If you said you did all this correct, your console and PC are located in the same subnet aka connected to the same router, firewalls are disabled and no other network adapters installed on your system possibly interfere with your network, there is no possible thing left that could be wrong or not working. The last idea after that would just be restart your PC, WiiU and router all with at leqst 30 seconds of being off and finally re-setup your connections. If it doesnt work by then you DID mess up along the way.

I can reset my Wii U and laptop all i want, but i don't think my parents would be very pleased with me messing with their router....
No messing, just turning it off by powercord, waiting 30 seconds and turning it back on while both PC and WiiU have power, ask them fir a good time for it

Edit: also you said you set up static IP and your parents are still using their devices, then a routerrestart is in order allready just for fixing conflicts with the IP-adresses those allready had from DHCP in case you set one of yours the same.

Alright, the all in one was working yesterday, but it won't work today. I got this error message. What does it mean and how do I fix it?

It woulda been nice if you hadn't removed whatever you said before, because I probably could have used it

Anyway, the only boxes without try/catches on loading are Eyes and Skin (and amiibos but that gets reset every time you start the game), and I dunno how you would have gotten one of those higher than the normal choices, but I guess I'll go try and fix it

Someone knows how to convert a sarc file to pack? I pack Static folder with SARCPack and it generated a sarc file but i want it in pack format

Sarc files and pack files are the exact same thing
So pack with SARCPack and put directly in cafiine root? I did this and game doesnt freeze but I think it isnt work (I edited params and set of weapons in content/Pack/Static/WeaponSet.byaml) and I think that all weapons were normal
And the I saw that splatoon loads Static.pack so I rename Static.sarc to Static.pack but game freeze (I packed with SARCPack.exe)

Is there going to be a hack to get unused gear like the the global testfire gear,no clothes gear, and other gear with glitched names? Are there going to be Weapon ones too? like the rainmaker, The unused kingsquid roller and other ones?

@seresaa @MrRean Padding value.... Sounds interesting, Whats this? I changed SARCPack.py to .exe and then I made a bat file:
SARCPack-1.0.exe folder name\
PAUSE
Appeares a windows with a lot of words and creates the file inside the folder to pack its his complete name is .sarc and here I did the 2 ways mentionated use the sarc and convert to pack
So can you say me how to do something with padding value for get this work?
