Kek. That would be when it gets a kernel hax. Thats a long way away.

the sad thing is theres a kernel exploit for 5.5.X and below for the wii u,and it even works on the web browser,nintendo still hasnt patched it even though its been out for practially half a year.

but on the 3ds however,they go patch happy and went from 9.9 X all the way to 11.0 X firmware.
is the wii u itself dying or something?

wii u is a dead console the 3DS has apparently still have a year or two.

Cemu isn't working for me.

All games load upside down for me and got chinese/japanese characters.

Google has no answers.

Got a high end comp so that shouldn't be a problem.

Tried adjusting all settings, tried 5 diff games.

All the same issue.

Guys, I think the main target of cemu - emulation almost every Wii U game without any prob - is thinking to an Utopia -- I mean, impossible.

I started from v1.4.0. The 1.4.2 update improved FPS, especially in Super Mario Maker, but increased the pixels of "collision" in the graphic. Also, the 1.5.0 update improved FPS more in Maker, but reduced it in NES Remix 1 and 2.

Also, I have heard Bayonetta 2 doesn't load up in the latest version, while it has a good 30fps on the older versions.

All I say, is that maybe Cemu's optimization for certain games has a -probably- NEGATIVE effect on other games.
As I discovered from comments, maybe the recent optimizations has focused on 2 games: Super Mario Maker and Mario Kart 8.

I think Exzap should open the source of Cemu, so then anyone who knows, can improve it for a certain game. You see?

Cemu isn't optimized actually, the devs are completely focused on accuracy. And ofc as emulation is more accurate/more features are being added/more is being rendered performance will lower and effected titles will become more demanding. (at this point poor performance may not be Cemu's fault though)
Heck lighting in general was fixed in the last version, it wasn't "optimization" just for SMM and MK8, lol.

I guess you've never been in on the early stages of an emulator's development, have you? If you had, you'd know full well that regression on some titles is only to be expected as they alter things to improve emulation accuracy. CEMU is not anywhere NEAR being optimized yet.
