Homebrew I feel like the universe doesn't want me to downgrade my N3DS.

No. On my O3DS I have digital downloads of games I got mostly off of that site, but after I downloaded them I deleted their cia file. Would I be able to create another cia file or do I need to re-download the game again?

You just need to download enctitlekeys.bin from that title keys database site and put it in a freeShop folder on your SD. You can use the latest FBI to install freeShop from the QR code on the first post of the release thread. To get the latest FBI, keep following the guide until you've injected FBI into health and safety, then you can go to FBI's GitHub release page and get the latest one and install it using the injected FBI.

Whenever I try to download a game in freeshop it gives me a black screen after a few minutes of downloading. Is that normal?

They do the same thing. CIAngel is a bit more technically advanced right now but freeShop is a) beautiful to look at, b) getting updated frequently so will probably have all the features of CIAngel soon and c) auto updating so you never need to keep checking whether there's a new version, it will check for an update every time you open it. I would use freeShop if I were you unless you know there's a particular feature you need CIAngel for.

I'm doing my own thing. I have FBI now I need to put all of my games onto my N3DS. The problem is I don't have the cia of the games saved on my computer like I originally thought. I would need to use Decrypt9 to create new cias of my games correct?

Is weather bad where your from? It did just rain like a day ago, thunderstorms and all only to have like 90F tempature for the rest of the week. I don't mind sun and shine but i hate waking up every morning sweating in my bed cause i have to keep turning over and over like i am try to keep cool while my bed heats up like a skillet.

No, not really bad ... just cold. Luckily I have two cats who like to sleep on me and keep me warm. A trick I use when it's hot is to keep a freezer brick in the pillow case on the side against the bed and when you wake up hot, turning over the pillow and moving the brick back to the bottom again. Delicious temporary relief. If you're economising on air conditioning, having heavy block out curtains drawn during the day, and open windows at night, really helps to keep the house cool(er).

If you follow the guide, it clearly tells you that you downgrade the emunand to get the otp and then upgrade back to latest system version with the h&s app already injected with the fbi installer during the process.

The whole point is to have h&s injected before replacing the sysnand with emunand and have the a9hl with cfw.

You cannot use h&s inject without cfw, which in the case i ended up with cake fw or pasta (someone correct me)

Well is not so bad i can manage. but is just more pleasen't to not feel wet when waking up thinking you had a accident.

It seems to me that she is just going to keep the setup at emunand + menuhax.
