I'm flattered that you would list me in the folks who could develop this. But alas, no I'm not that good by a long shot. I can certainly test things and tweak things on the 3DS, but I have zero programming skills. So keep that in mind.
My expertise was simply figuring out how to best use existing tools and what not. For example I got good at making 3D banners for games/homebrew (my notable work being the banners used by CHMM and Sunshell) and building modified games/patches and what not. Certainly a step up from what most here can do, but it's not close at all to what would be needed to code a new exploit.

Or for like big cookouts, parties, etc they good to shop, but yea if only one or two in house, Wal-Mart it is. But membership is only like $60 a year so cheap really considering.
