ROM Hack Decryption Key

How long would it take to find a Nintendo decryption key by doing the math manually? I mean, I know it would take a century, but I'm positive it can be done with ones brain. So, the question becomes, if one can think it out and actually show the math behind it, why is it illegal to post such a thing on this site. That would be banning math which is stupid.

Working out encryption keys with math is pretty much impossible (if you could it wouldn't be very good crypto). Crypto uses math that's really easy to do one way and extremely hard to do the other. Even if you could work out the math in your head posting the crypto keys itself isn't illegal, but if you say 'Nintendo keys are: xxxxx" you are posting copyrighted material.

No a string can't be copyrighted (copyrighted was the wrong word.)
They are proprietary when leaked in context. I'm aware of that and if Nintendo wanted could send a CND and sue for damages depending on your country.
