Yeah. And as far as I know only Gateway's launcher supports browser versions lower than 4.x's.
We should ask the guy who created the thread (roxas?)

For a 2.x system I would recomment using a cart to upgrade to 4.1-4.5 then using a DS flashcart to install the mset rop.

I only use mega for builds. OneDrive is private only. ;-)

yep. It works with all browser versions.

If you have a Gateway, then you can just install browser version 1.7498.U on the sysnand

You'll then be able to launch rxtools and update using devmode, then also install its mset rop.

Well, it's pretty safe if you use a confirmed good rxtools version (beta 8), the latest sysupdater (v0.41) and have your 3DS fully charged.

Sure thing I got few tricks up my sleeve, for nightly builds but I haven't been bothered to make them yet. Keep an eye on my signature, in the next few days - some things are gonna change

BTW, I used RxTools for downgrade my System Settings (EUR).
It's working. I use the RxInstaller (4.X NDG rxTools). Work too.
But when I launch the DS Profile, I have a crash and back to the Home Menu.
I need something at the root of my SD Card?

I don't think anyone has reported results about it working via mset on the N3DS yet.

rxinstaller.nds is currently somewhat broken. Wait for fix

Or.. I recalled something. Why not use Travis-CI or other services?
If you have experience on how to install devkitPro+devkitARM, and python2 and other things required, on a Linux PC.
You may debug your travis CI script or other and find someone's FTP to upload the release zip built.
Thus, we do only need a valid access to hold those zip files. And? all automatically done, no alway power on personal machines.
