ROM Hack Translate a game from Japanese.

Well, I would like to translate a game with Yuri Editor Software but only supports English and Spanish characters.Can you help me or explain how these things go ? Thanks for your attention.

emeditor(paid) has support for many codepages.

Alternatively crystaltile2 has a hex editor which also support codepages and fonts - also graphic viewer. there are other hex editors out there you should take a wider look.
