Yes, when you enter the in-game menu by pressing L, R and Start just press Select when you're in the menu and it will return to the file manager/selection screen.

on room selection, press the bottom left button, there are options tehre,. you can choose another keys...

Thanks to MichiS97 for hotkey to how to get back to menu by use R + L + Start. Look like almost similar to Acekard 2i to get back on menu are L+R+A+B+X+Y.

I got my three DSTWO flashcarts. I apply new hotkeys are R + Start (without L) then exit by Select, much easier on one hand than use both hands to save more time.
