Already did. They don't seem to give a damn, I haven't even received a response.
I guess they just stopped caring when they realized they lost.

I think they just delay it one hour for every one of those emails they get. *cough*
I'd get annoyed, too, if people still can't afford to just stay calm and wait until something is completely finished, even though it was always like that for the past 18 months. I'm waiting for a Gateway release for the third or fourth time and I'm used to it. I know what I will get and I know that I will get it. So what's the problem?

Gateway (gladly) is not Ubisoft. Deal with it.

5 months is generous, it'll probably take at least another year. As others have said Gateway seems to be waiting for nintendo to release next update, and since Nintendo releases a new update every few weeks or so, gateway will just keep waiting forever. I think gateway is actually waiting for Nintendo to release the last update for the 3DS, which could be in 2016, maybe 2017

i know this is off topic, but did someone experience this on their gateway 3DS. Micro SD not ready??? it does not show up my games. and sometimes when click the boot gateway mode. it just stays there. i dont know what to do

because gateway wants to support as many firmware versions as possible. If you check their website, they're trying to support fw 1 to 9.4. By the time they accomplish that, Nintendo will already released 9.5, so gateway will waste another month trying to support 9.5. Then nintendo will release fw 10.0, and gateway will try and support 10.0, and so on

Errr... duh? You are aware that the exploit they use already got blocked in 9.3? Gateway never mentioned supporting any SysNAND FW above 9.2.
And like I said, EmuNAND already supports the highest known FW right now.^^

You might just have gotten something wrong there.
